He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dewayne and Onita Hallmark; and his siblings, Dewayne Hallmark, Leland Hallmark, Melba Gooch and Theresa Barr.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hallmark; his children, Earnest Delon Hallmark, Jr. (Cathy) and Kimberly Annette Brodell (Howard Andrew); his grandchildren, Amber, Christopher, Amelia, Catherine and Jenna; and his brother David Hallmark (Sheri) of Pocahontas.
