He was predeceased by: his father Billy Noell; his wives, Lisa Noell and Sara Noell; and his stepchild Jeromy Combs. He is survived by: his mother Jean Noell of Jonesboro; his son Jon Noell of Walnut Ridge; his stepchildren, Jeff Combs of Hot Springs and Dusty Meins of Hot Springs; and his brother Larry Noell (Glenda) of Leavenworth, KS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
