It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Humphries in Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Greenway, Arkansas, who passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Stokes and Florence Stokes; her siblings, Fern Robertson, Carlton Stokes and Gene Stokes; her sons, Gary Randol and Rickey Humphries; and her grandson Mark Simpson.
She is survived by: her husband Buford Humphries; her daughters, Belinda Morris of Pocahontas and Patricia Bozada (Jeffrey) of St. Louis; and her grandchildren, Valerie Simpson (Jake Rust), Mike Morris (Carol) and Rickey Jr. Humphries (Day Nicole). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.
