He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ellis Hook; his children, Brad Hook (Amanda) of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Katherine Tooke (Aaron) of Greenbrier; his grandchildren, Jaxson Tooke, Brayden Tooke of Greenbrier and Alex Hook of Jonesboro, Arkansas.; and his sister Debbie Hook Holthouse of Miramar Beach, Florida..
