With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derek Alan Rolland of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on May 14, 2024 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donna, Glen Rolland and Norma Lawrence; and his aunt Cindy Powell. He is survived by: his parents, Matt Rolland and Angie Rolland of Monette; his wife Kara Rolland; his children, Mya (Rafe) and Rafe; his sister Amber Rolland (Laken) of Monette; his aunts and uncles, Chris (Terrie Rolland) of Paragould, Faith Rolland of Paragould, Mark (Janet Rolland) of Paragould, Philip (Jordan Lawrence) of Paragould and Tommy Powell of Paragould; his parents-in-law, Tommy and Leah Soffray of Jonesboro; his siblings-in-law, Kaitlyn Simmons (Brent) and Garrett Soffray (Emily) of Rogers; his niece Eloise; and his nephew Parks. He is also survived by many cousins and other family members.
