She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Campbell and Velma Campbell; and her husband Michael L. Uthoff. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Hazelwood (Tom) of Jonesboro; her siblings, Duane Campbell of Paragould, Rona Waits of Paragould and Candace Wells of Paragould; and her grandchildren, Kathryn Harp (Kaleb), Joshua Bassett (Tracey) and Emma Bassett. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
