He is survived by: his wife Kathie Stevens; his children, April Hurtman and Michael Stevens (Ashley); his grandchildren, Nicholas Hurtman, Austin Hurtman, Damon Stevens, Dalton Stevens and Dylan Stevens; and his sister Lisa Lee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
