He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Matheny and Frances Matheny; his wife Patricia; and his brother Martin Matheny. He is survived by: his stepson Gregory Waddell; his daughters, Lisa Jamerson (Jamie) and Amy Flanery (Timothy); his grandchildren, Courtney Blackburn, David, Cory Waddell (McKenzie), Carissa Nanney (Trent), Haley Collins (Donnie), Isabella Alexander, Jett Jamerson, Jagger Jamerson, Jinson Jamerson, Angel Flanery, Austin Jamerson, Amanda Reese (Noah) and Kassie Koren (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Patricia, Jefferson, Maddison and Maverick; and his siblings, Stewart Matheny (Pam), Julie Winberry (Greg), Tish Wells (Doug) and Vickie Fox.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W Washington Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W Washington Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Clark's memory to the Alzheimer's Association of Arkansas (201 Markham Center Drive Little Rock, AR 72205).
