He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy Faulkner; his grandmother Ermie Martin; and his niece Shaw Faulkner. He is survived by: his son Hunter Faulkner; and his brothers, Shawn Faulkner and Todd Faulkner. He is also survived by three nieces; one nephew.
