Charlie Leon Carter, 46, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away at his home on May 18, 2024. He was born on May 19, 1977 in Bakersfield, California. His parents were Charles Elmo Carter, Edna Louise (Lancaster) Bellah and Bobby Wilson Bellah. Charlie enjoyed reading, history, listening to music, watching movies, playing Diablo on the computer, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include; mother: Edna Louise Bellah of Lake City, Arkansas; three daughters: Olivia Dawn Carter-Strope (Cierra) of Paragould, Arkansas, Madison Paige Carter of Paragould, Arkansas, Chloe Louise Carter of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two sisters: Erica Carter of Lake City, Arkansas and Jewel Schwenk (Mike) of Idaho; two grandchildren: Oliver Allen Carter and Bradley Paige Carter; beloved pet: Aurora; and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by: biological father: Charles Elmo Carter; and adopted father: Bobby Wilson Bellah.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at Faith Funeral Service in Manila, Arkansas with Stephen Hood officiating. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Lake City Cemetery in Lake City, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
