He was predeceased by: his parents, John Champlin and Kathleen Inis Pugh; and his siblings, Jimmy, Donna Rynn and Candy Michelle.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Schlarp); his son John Andrew (Aja); and his grandchildren, Brooke, Andrew and Daniel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Nettleton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Lung Association's Smoking Cessation Programs (https://www.lung.org), where all contributions this month will be doubled for Lung Cancer Awareness Month.
