He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Brown and Devona Brown; and his grandparents, Ernest, Belva Henley, Leon and Imogean Jaquess.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Brown; his daughter Cassi Rowland of Jonesboro; his grandson Jaylan Rowland of Jonesboro; and his uncles, Burl Turman of Jonesboro, Melvin White of Jonesboro and Gerald Jaquess of Knoxville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
