With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Lucille Passmore (Jonesboro, Arkansas), who passed away on July 3, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Hoggard and Velma Hoggard; her son Todd Passmore; her siblings, Carl Hoggard (Inez), Shirley Pardew and Mildred Ferguson; her niece Chandra Davis; and her nephew Lloyd Dale Harlan.
She is survived by: her husband Martin Passmore; her son Neil Passmore of Jonesboro; her siblings, Gary Hoggard (Ann) of Jonesboro, Joy Colburn of Parson and Janis Coleman (Gene) of Osceola; her granddaughters, Victoria Passmore and Mary Passmore of Pace, Florida; her daughter Phyllis Rye; and her sister-in-law Betty Hoggard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
