He is survived by: his father Carlen Carter Sr. (Barbara) of Iatan, MO; his former wife Lisa Carter of Jonesboro; his children, Chase Carter of Jonesboro, Ty Carter of Fort Campbell, KY and Willow Carter of Jonesboro; his siblings, Ed Carter (Joye) of St. Mary, MO, Ernie Carter of Atchison, KS and Vicky Carter-Harris (Lloyd) of Weston, MO; and his grandchildren, Myles and Jordyn.
