He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Passmore and Floy Passmore (Sowell); his significant other Brenda Kook; his siblings, Lester "Bub" Passmore, Jim Passmore, Madge Kelly and Marty Allen; and his niece Priscilla Passmore.
He is survived by: his children, David (Christy Passmore), Bryan (Traci Passmore) and Audra Dulaney; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jordan Passmore, Hunter Passmore and Cameron Dulaney; and his siblings, Donald "Joe" Passmore and Edna Holder. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
