We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2024, at the age of 82, Billy Wayne Goatcher of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Caddo, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Uyless Goatcher and Lucille Goatcher; his wife Karen Goatcher; and his sister Dorothy Lavoy. He is survived by: his children, Michael Goatcher (Christina) of Jonesboro and Martha Jones (Donald) of Paragould; his sisters, Frances Brannan of Rosemond, CA and Ann Kardian (David) of Rosemond, CA; his grandchildren, Nickolas Frazier (Stephanie), Aaron Jones (Krystal), Mathew Jones (Edge), Joshua Goatcher and Brittni Jones; and his great grandchildren, Nick Frazier Jr., Briley Frazier, Billy Frazier and Deacon Jones.
