Billy Francis Foster Obituary

Billy Francis Foster, 82, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on April 2, 2025 at The Springs of Jonesboro. He was born on November 2, 1942 in Ghost Palace, California to Francis Foster and Blanche (Hill) Foster. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include; one son: Timothy Dale Sims of Ozark, Arkansas; one daughter: Jennifer Diane Jones (Andy) of Paragould, Arkansas; four grandchildren; three brothers: Joseph Foster of Trumann, Arkansas, Dean Foster of Jonesboro, Ronald Foster (Angie) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his parents: Francis Foster and Blanche (Hill) Foster; and three sisters: Patricia Sharpe, Naomi Seats, Judith Rhodes.

The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
