Billy Joe Blake Obituary
Billy Joe Blake, 70, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away on February 13, 2025 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 24, 1954 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Joseph Arthur Blake and Myrtle Blake Luallen. Billy was a member of the Church of God in Forrest City, Arkansas. He enjoyed fishing, playing with his dog Daisy, and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include; two daughters: Kimberly Smallmon of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Lisa Blake of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four grandchildren: Damien, Zoe, Jasmine, Zayden; two sisters: Dean Gregory (Ed) of Hardy, Arkansas and Mary Carty (Mike) of Cedar Hill, Tennessee; and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by; his parents: Arthur Blake and Myrtle Blake Luallen; three brothers: J.L. Blake, Bud Blake, Robert Blake; two sisters: Betty Lenderman and Linda Renigar; and one nephew: Allen Blake.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. at The Rock of NEA in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The family will receive visitors at the church from 11:00 a.m. until service time under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
