She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Baswell and Deana Baswell (Mouzy); her husband Ralph; her daughter-in-law Jodi Culbertson; and her sister Gina Baswell.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Culberson and Deanna Schummer (Steve); and her sisters, Bertha Keesee, Ramona Gordon and Vicki Massengill. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made in Billie's name to Elite Hospice and North Main Baptist Church building fund.
