He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lamkin and Ruby Lamkin (Onstead); his wife Ida Beatrice Lamkin (Powell); his sons, Carl and Kevin Lamkin; and his siblings, Shirley Lamkin and Tommy Lamkin.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger Rodriguez and Kent Rodriguez; his siblings, Larry Lamkin, Roger Lamkin (Joyce), James Lamkin (Wanda), Kenneth Lamkin (Sarah) and Paulette Bowden (Charles); and his sister-in-law Sharon Lamkin.
The family asks that memorial donations be made in Bill's name to Hope Circle Foundation at NEA Baptist in Jonesboro, AR.
