It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Jean Adkins of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Marmaduke, Arkansas, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Adkins; her sons, Donnie Wayne Adkins and Robert Kevin Adkins; and her siblings, Deloris White and Tommy Thorne.
She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Adkins Verser of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, John William Verser of Jonesboro, Susannah Grace Horton (Cody) of Jonesboro and Matthew Robert Verser (Katie) of Jonesboro; and her great grandchildren, John William Verser II, Elle RayeAnn Thielemier, Sutton Hayes Verser and Adam Wynn.
