She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Heustess and Willena Heustess; and her brother Henry Heustess (Charles Wade Ford). She is survived by: her children, Charles Wade Ford Jr. (Kim) of Plano, Texas, Mike Ford (Erin) of Simpsonville and Lynne Smith (Mark) of Villa Rica, Georgia. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
