She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston McFarlin and Helen McFarlin; her husband Robert Lee "Skip" Covington; her son Robert Lee Covington Jr.; and her sister Helen Diane Noah.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Copenhaver (Harold); her grandchildren, Lauren Nunnally of Jonesboro, Austin Copenhaver (Hannah Beth) of Jonesboro and Myles Copenhaver of Jonesboro; and her great grandchildren, Landry Nunnally, Taytem Nunnally, Ada Copenhaver, Benjamin Copenhaver and Heidi Copenhaver. She is also survived by several cousins and other family members.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church (2600 Woodsprings Rd, Jonesboro, AR 72404). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
