She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Brister and Mable Lawrence; her husband Leon Carr; and her great grandchild Layne Hice. She is survived by: her children, David Carr of Joiner, AR and Stacy Green (James) of Joiner, AR; her siblings, Donnie Brister of Keiser, AR, Ronnie Brister of Pleasant Plains, AR, Ricky Brister of Osceola, AR, Lena Herrington of Keiser, AR, Carolyn Horton of Osceola, AR and Penny Challis of Caruthersville, MO; and her grandchildren, Kristian Audon of Morrilton, AR and Tyler Hice of Dover, PA. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (1323 W Keiser Ave, Osceola, AR 72370). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
