He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Speck of Joiner, AR; his children, Charles, Chuck, Marshell Shane Speck (Les) of Ogden, Utah and Stacy Lynn Speck (Jim) of Cherokee Village, AR; his grandchildren, Hezekiah Clark III, Seth Tacker and Shelton Tacker; his great grandchild Elijah Clark; and his brother Bobby Warren Speck (Fran).
