He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Bell; his daughter Betty Sue Juul; and his brothers, Lloyd Ray Bell, William Leroy Bell and Jimmy Lee Bell.
He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Bell of Joiner, AR and Johnny Bell (Annette) of Keiser, AR; and his siblings, Danny Bell of Keiser, AR, Jerry Bell of Keiser and Peggy Sue Allen of Keiser. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
