He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Hurley "Dude" and Joyce Gertrude Blackard (Dougan); his siblings, Jetta Martin and Jim Blackard; his children, Angela Swift (Mark), Hurley Blackard, Dawn Fisher (Jim), Albuquerque, Lorrie Friet (Jay), San Diego and Ed Blackard (Penny); his grandchildren, Jimmy Fisher (Alicia), Wendy (Fisher), Smith (Sean), Nicole (Bointy), Walls (James), Kristen (Swift), Williams (Cory), Emily (Blackard), Frazier (Clayton), Nicholas Blackard and William Friet; and his great grandchildren, Patrick Bointy, Elizabeth Walls, James, Lacey, Sara, Mabel Fisher, Edward, Claire Smith, Chell and Atlas Williams.
