It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Elmer Moltz of Joan, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Moltz and Idelle Lee Moltz; his brothers, Donnie Moltz and Tommy Moltz; his father-in-law Howard Gartman; his sister-in-law Marcia Gartman; and his niece Renee Gartman.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Gartman Moltz of Sheridan; his sons, Pat Moltz of Centennial and Dr. Ryan Moltz of St. Paul Minnesota; his siblings, Ronnie Moltz (Brenda) of Pine Bluff, Jay Moltz of Sheridan, Tracie Ross (Richard) of Frisco and Michelle Jones of Sheridan; his grandchildren, Gabriel Moltz and Haley Fukunaga; his mother-in-law Patsy Gartman; and his brothers-in-law, Laronne Gartman (Teresa) of Sheridan, David Gartman of Sheridan, Steve Gartman (Sherry) of Sheridan and Kim Gartman (Susie) of Sheridan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe to the Summer Feeding Program for Grant County, P.O. Box 357, Sheridan, Arkansas 72150.
