He was predeceased by: his parent Ronnie. He is survived by: his parent Claudie; his wife Joan Jarvis Apple; his son Kevin Apple (Christy); his grandson Dustin Apple; and his brothers, Delano Apple (Jackie), Reid Apple (Polly), Dewey Apple (Geneoa) and Jerry Apple (Laverne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
