She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Welch and Vannie Welch (Welch); her husband Theordore "Teddy" Walton; her siblings, Vida Pearl, John and Billy Welch; and her daughter Roxieann Foster.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nelson Welch (Joyce) and Leverne Newton of Sheridan; her son-in-law Keith Foster (late Roxieann Foster); her children, Penny Chidester (Kirk) of Poyen and Dusty Walton (Amanda) of RoundHill; her grandchildren, Linda Augustine (Mike), Dana Brown (David), Hunter Chidester and Madison Foster; and her great grandchildren, Jacie, Clayton, Bella, Cason, Caleb Williams, Adalynn Brown, Aliyah, Sami Alyami, Kinnin Dobbs and Raeley Anderson.
