He is survived by: his parents, Steve Allen Salter, Sr. of Jerusalem, AR and Barbara Holden of Plain Dealing, LA; his sister Shawn Steen of Dallas, TX; his nephew Kameron Steen of Los Angeles, CA; his grandmother Ruby Jo Gay of Plain Dealing, LA; his girlfriend April Runyon of Hornbeck, LA; and his pet Cara. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
