He was predeceased by: his brother Carl Rackley. He is survived by: his son Trent-Lee Rackley; his siblings, Louise Clayton, David Rackley (Lisa), Atkins, Dixie Rackley (Shirley), Houston, Chuck Rackley (Denise) and Jerusalem; his uncle Eddie Rankin of Ronnie Rackley; his aunts, Bonnie Wilson and Linda Rackley; and also Hattieville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
