He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Reid and Lydie Chism Reid; and his sisters, Jean Kinney and Helen Reid. He is survived by: his wife Betty Louise Church Reid; his children, Donald Reid (Diane) of Jerusalem, Bruce Reid (Beverly) of Jerusalem, Terry Hays of Hector and Cindy Kimbrough (Danny) of Jerusalem; his siblings, Brenda Trigg of California, Carolyn Caton of California and Sonny Reid of Arizona; and his grandsons, Jeramy McCoy, Matt Hays, BJ Reid, Jonathan McCoy, John Paul Sutton, Tyler Hays and James Reid. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven step grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, eighteen step great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
