He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bobo Purtle; his children, Kitesy Purtle of Jerusalem, Anna Purtle of Jerusalem and Caleb Purtle of Jerusalem; and his sisters, Margaret Hall of Texas and Marilyn Kelley of East End, Arkansas..
