He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rutherford and Eulah Michael Rutherford; his granddaughter Audrey Marie Rutherford; his daughter-in-law Melisa Tucker Rutherford; and his brother Walter Rutherford.
He is survived by: his children, Ben Rutherford of Blytheville and Janice Fulmer (Jerry) of Paris; his granddaughters, Karen Danner of Williford, AR, Kristina Kaye Mitchell (Nathan) of Van Buren, Ashley Dawn Fulmer and Brittany Marie Fulmer of Paris; his great grandchildren, Cody Myers and Oliver Luke Mitchell; his brothers, Joe Rutherford and Claud Rutherford (Sandi); and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Belk and Shirley Wells (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many other special family members along with a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital NICU unit in Little Rock, AR in memory of Audrey Marie Rutherford or Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Farmington.Funeral.
