He was predeceased by: his parents, W. E. "Doc" Evans and Edith Fryar Evans; his grandson Tommy Harris; and his brother James Roy Evans. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nugent Evans of Glendale; his children, Thomas Earl Evans, Jr. of Mt. View, Phillip Herren of Glendale, Cindy Evans Musselwhite (Gary) of Grady, Kari Herren Sanderson (Rusty) of White Hall and Roxie Herren Ashmore (Robbie) of Calico Rock; and his siblings, Robert Evans (Susan) of Pine Bluff, Brenda Brown (David) of Pine Bluff and Betty Wise (James) of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
