With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Denise Kelley of Jefferson, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 48. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Lynn Milam; and her husband Michael Garganeous of Jefferson. She is survived by: her mother Victoria Jeannette Milam-Evans of Jefferson; her children, Tyler Garganeous (MaKenzie) of Bee Branch, Cassie Garganeous of Greenbrier and Lacy Fuel (Cody) of Jefferson; her grandsons, Easton Garganeous, Dakota Fuel and Zachery Garganeous; her brothers, Shayne Brewster (Kristie) of Greenbrier and Lee Handy of Maumelle; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Garganeous of Jefferson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
