He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leland Parnell and Lucille Parnell; his brother James H. Parnell; his children, Belinda Mann, Brian Parnell (Wendy) and Cody Parnell (Frankie); his stepdaughter Terri Bateman (Charles); and his grandchildren, Lance, Spencer (Holly) and Makinsey Parnell.
