He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Whitehead and Rebecca Felts Whitehead; his daughters, Amanda Whitehead and Brandy Whitehead; and his sister Sandra Kay Ludlam.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shasta Sprawls of Danville, Kristen Whitehead of White Hall and Jessica Whitehead of Star City; his sister Beverly Brockman of Star City; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Maddie, Payzlie, Kadence and Mason; his nieces and nephews, Valonda Brockman, Cassie Brockman, Monica Hogue, Tanya Hogue, Rebecca Gillespie and Robert Brown; his brother Anthony Healy of Star City; and his brothers-in-law, Elmer Ludlam of Star City and Lewis Brockman of Star City. He is also survived by one great-nephew and 5 great-nieces.
