Billingsley, Sr. of Jefferson; her siblings, Richard David Burnette of Jonesboro and Mary Elizabeth Hagemeyer of Montana; her grandchildren, Dustin Billingsley, Samantha Billingsley, Brittney Rogers, Bethaney Rogers, Cassidy Rogers, Zachary Rogers and Ashleigh Waters; and her friends, Sandy Atkins and Pam Lynch. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
