It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vesta Charlene Spencer Phillips Bollinger of Jasper, Arkansas, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband R. T. Phillips Sr.; her parents, Dewey Spencer and Obie Spencer; her siblings, Kenneth Spencer, Duane Spencer, Iris Fern Spencer Villines and Nora Jean Spencer Henderson; and her stepchildren, Jim Phillips, Perry, Mack Phillips and Florita Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Phillips Wray and Annette Phillips Johnson; her grandchildren, Chance Wray, Matt Wray, Jeorgena Wells of Key West, FL and Jaime Falconburg of Bull Shoals, AR.; her great grandchildren, Joey, Maddison, Max, Colton of Wyatt, R. J. and Mason; and her stepgrandchildren, Paul "Tal" Phillips, Jim 'Bo Phillips, Randy Phillips, Amanda Phillips Lorea, Lisa Phillips, Sherrie Phillips, Stacey Phillips Hutson, Dedri Wendt Jusdean Johnson and Jimmy Johnson.
