She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Stephens and Ann Catherine Stephens (Goll); her son Rodney Paul Johnson; and her brothers, George Paul and Keith Wayne Stephens.
She is survived by: her sisters, Gladys LaRae Bonnet, Doris Kasper and Jerry Lou Zalabak; and her children, Kimberly Taylor (Johnson), Joan Riddles (Johnson), Kevin Johnson and Stephen Johnson. She is also survived by 13 great-great grandchildren.
