She was predeceased by: her son Joshua Leon Middleton; and her stepson Shannon Middleton. She is survived by: her parents, E. V. "Blue" Henson and Joan Henson (Pierce); her daughter Jennifer Zabawa (Chad); her stepdaughter Tracy Middleton; her husband David Middleton; her brothers, Gary Henson (Debbie) and Larry Henson (Cheryl); and her grandchildren, Ashley Blevins (Dustin), Michelle Malnory (Tony), Christopher Waits, Cory Campbell (Sheree), Joshanna Middleton (Sam Osborne), Lakyn Zabawa, Shalyee Zabawa and Heaven Zabawa. She is also survived by grandbaby on the way; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many friends.
