With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Jean Proctor of Jasper, Arkansas, born in Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on October 29, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammie Farmer and Imogene Farmer; and her brother J. W. Farmer. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Mossville Cemetery Fund.
