He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Fennell (Duffy) of Jasper. He is survived by: his father Fennell Sr. Fennell; his children, Fredrick Fennell III of Jasper, Nina Parker of Jasper, Lahanna Fennell of Jasper and Chace Fennell of Jasper; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Kylan, Forrest, Tiana of Rebeka, JC, Chace and Linda. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
