He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Elliott and Ethel Branch Smith. He is survived by: his children, Linda Crawford (Ron) of Jasper, AR, Rebecca Johnson (Cliff) of Jefferson City, MO and Elliott Mathis Smith, Jr. (Marie) of Corpus Christi, TX; his grandchildren, Audra Crawford, Rachael Crawford, Kristin Craig, Branson Smith and Candace Smith; his great grandchild Hannah Smith; and his stepdaughters, Lisa Basaldua, Jeanne Cantu and Deena Rothwell. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
