She is survived by: her significant other Delmar Middleton; her children, Ginger Blakney (Doug Norton), Shane Middleton (Alana Middleton), TJ Campbell and Michelle; her grandchildren, Ashley Blevins, Kaylee Stuart, Jada Blakney, Kenzie Middleton, Azalyn Middleton and Presley Zint; her great grandchild Easton Blevins Ellie Stuart; and her siblings, Phillip, Steven Vanderpool and Juliet Atkinson.
