He is survived by: his wife Linda Ballard (Johnston); his sons, David Ballard (Brittney) of Cabot and Greg Ballard (Lina) of Springdale; his grandsons, Mark of Springdale, Matthew of Springdale and Michael of Springdale; and his siblings, Judy Daniels of North Carolina, Tammy Long of North Carolina, Dee Pigg of North Carolina and Bob Long of West Virginia.
