He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Dwayne Fulton, Timothy Fulton, Chadwick Fulton, Dante Fulton, Christopher Fulton and Candace Fulton; and his siblings, George Fulton, Clyde Fulton, Marilyn Epting and Vivian Shirlee.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (401 N 1st St, Jacksonville, AR 72076). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
