Rudy L. Cornett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024, Rudy L. Cornett (Jacksonville, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Rudy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rudy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his son Dewayne Jackson; his parents, Elbert Cornett and Aline Cornett; and his brothers, Danny and Steve Cornett.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his son Chris (Becky); and his grandsons, Daniel and Aiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the State Funeral Service (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital in his honor.
